Lots of people make bizarre statements like coal is dead or JB is dead. I didn't see myself as a JBH customer but recently bought a phone through their ecomm side and it's pretty straight forward, was an easy shopping experience, I just wish they stopped using Toll for delivery. Auspost non-express is better than Toll.
