Dilution may not be an issue for you but it is for a lot
of shareholders, including me. If my ownership stake is going to be diluted I’d to understand the structure of the agreement ie what sales milestones need to be hit to trigger the warrant conversion etc. I assume it’s been structured appropriately given the board’s material
personal interest in the business, nevertheless as all shareholders are impacted it would be fair and equitable to disclose the terms...
