Perhaps this was the reason for the frenzied buying this morning.
The previous announcement from March suggested it would be signed in April. We're now June 1. Took a while but happy it's over the line.

Under the terms of the MOU and the final binding agreement which is expected to be signed in April 2016
Perhaps this was the reason for the frenzied buying this...
