Genuinely interested here, what is the basis for a 10x Revenue valuation?
I'm familiar with the idea of a 10x EBIT valuation but obviously:
1) EBIT is not the same as Revenue
2) The EBIT valuation is typically focused on mature, low growth companies so has little bearing on a Company growing cash receipts and revenue at a high single digit, low double digit clip.
