I agree, you are buying the business below n.t.a, there is more risk in shorting the stock then buying it.Retail has been overdone on the downside and imo back on the value radar list.Don't know where its going in the short term but imo a Good buy and long term hold.I think the business is worth much more than the market is saying today.
