i think if magna were wanting to dump straight away NSL would have just taken another $500k from another insto and given them cash.... why would magna risk it otherwise?
i would think there is some understanding or agreement between them.
it might be a different story if you were get issued them at a discount, then you may try for a pip or two... this was issued at no discount.
