SALE OF MT EDWARDS LITHIUM A$2.7M
HIGHLIGHTS
 Conditional binding agreement signed with Neometals for the Sale of Estrella’s
wholly owned subsidiary, Mt Edwards Lithium Pty Ltd;
 Sale consideration valued at up to $2.7M (subject to satisfaction of certain
milestones) plus a royalty over future lithium mining;
 Estrella to apply funds towards aggressive Nickel, Cobalt and Gold exploration
at Carr Boyd Rocks, Spargoville and Munda.
Chair if you go back and read this ann and others of that period you will see that there are no royalies for Ni there is 25% on Li which could happen one day , funny how a Li explorer NMT could see the potential Ni resource of Mt Edwards but ESR with all the drilling they did couldn't see it, just saying and I did do my research but sadly it was after I was heavily committed to ESR , the whole regal deal stunck so I will DT this puppy to recover my losses but won't be investing
