rhl accounts will look iffy (& all red ink for year ending 30/9/13) when rhl directors write eld shareholding down to zero value in accounts & writeoff all costs capitalised re the possible eld rural buy.

now rhl not looking at eld (until the soon to be appointed receiver phones rhl) & rhl not now in eld restricted confidential tent - possibly rhl selling eld shareholding before drops further in value.

rhl , having now had a very good "looksee" will possibly be picking the eyes out of eld business - who actually owns the eld goodwill- the store/branch managers or the eld shareholders/directors.

disclosure - sold rhl prev (my opinion - shareholders in acquirers get dudded) - looking to buy back in sooner or later
