The banks will think that whatever has come from the asset disposal has been of their own doing. I dont see any bank reducing margins here just taking as much as possible in case of failure.

This type of Zombie company where the whole effort is just to reduce debt IMO is a real problem because I dont see how shareholders are ever best served in these circumstances.

Maybe RHL directors should be asked by shareholders to nominate directors and then at least a shareholder will sit at the table.

I hold RHL shares and used to hold ELD but I started believing that the process was not in the interests of any shareholders a long time ago.
