No mate I do not, as we have a respectable profit margin that is always strong, even with sales and promotions.
Getting too breakeven is always a rocky road, look at yesterday's announcement, we are now moving to regional sales managers in the US and Australia. The company is always adapting and evolving. The upgrade at Navua that required the company to boost inventory etc. The return on advertising to sales in Oz is 3-4:1 which is a very healthy margin. That will also expand s people become more familiar with the products.
The company today is nothing like the company led by Nic Simms, who had a negative profit margin in retail stores thinking that was the way to grow awareness. the same Simms by the way who also wrecked Bubs. By the way, no one is jumping ship here, the existing board and the new chairman are staunch supporters of shareholder value. If value rises everyone wins, not just one or two people.
Look at what has happened with those resolutions. if that does not tell you something about the character of those Directors remaining then I am not sure what will. In saying that, when we are profitable hard work should be rewarded but not until then.
Mark this post, the expenses this quarter will have higher advertising but will be far more appealing than last quarter due to less inventory and less accounting and legal. Admin may continue to grow but that is part of a growing business.
