I am not an expert (and am happy to be corrected) but as I understand it TFS will:
1. Decrease Debtors by $38.28 million (the value of the trees 580 hectares per the half year report).
2. Increase the value of the Biological Assets on the Balance Sheet by $58.28 million.
3. Increase revenue by $20 million.
What concerns me whenever TFS do this is the speed with which the intial revaluation occurs, if the trees were worth $38.28 million 12/18 months ago how are they now worth $58.28 million? That's an uplift of 52% in a very short time frame.
Again, I stress this is just my understanding of the announcement, it would be great if somebody could shed some further light on it.
