@Floater , the wages paid to the directors should not be a shock to you. Remuneration is always available on annual reports and if it was going to be a concern to your investment you should have done a bit of research before investing.
Personally I have no issue, I find it a perfectly reasonable amount for someone who is having to spend so much time away from his family.
Like everything in life, you often get what you pay for and I don't want some clown who is happy to do it for half trying to bluff his way around the obstacles of operating a new business in India.
Might be time to pull your head in a bit....
