Yes, good point about the GM for the hardware versus the software, but very hard to get any clarity on this unless they communicate it and I haven't seen that and they may not want their competitors to know.
It had been mentioned that the founder might sell down if a cornerstone investor could be found. Not saying all shares, but I had assumed a gradual sell down will begin but to reasonably safe hands.
I think management are communicating alright, but I also think they are communicating what they think will get shareholders excited!! Look at the previous spikes, especially the lead up to the last capital raising. I have seen these overly promotional stocks before, as we all probably have and the ASX had to crack down on the small cap sector last year because of it. Management need to shoot straight, with clear transparency and not dress it up to be something it is not. You made a good acquisition, great, here's how we are converting those customers, versus a list of our new customers, it's a simple table with 2 columns or 2 sections, it doesn't seem that hard to me.
If they are not genuiunely winning many new customers, compared to just converting Odotech customers, that changes significantly how most investors would judge them......again are they a Fiat or a Ferrari?
