I'd say there are a couple of things here - massive amount of shares introduced recently, some may just want out. And EVS having bought a company whose revenue is predominantly linked to airports... which for the next number of months will look to cost cut anything not deemed absolutely necessary to survive this period on dramatically lower travel numbers.
Some countries (like NZ where I'm based) will likely bail out their airports - we've only got one international hub so we can't not, but you gotta wonder what the rest of the world will do.
