Not too sure why you think they are scammers, but would be interested to hear why you feel that way.
They have certainly come down a lot in value over the past few years.
I now see some value in them as they should have completed their cost cutting and restructuring program.
The half year results should be quite telling.
Not too much longer to wait to find out the true situation.
