Not sure what to make of this tbh. How much is the 2.5% royalty worth based on current/projected gross revenue and is it forever?? I would have thought a total repayment cap or duration limit of some kind would have been agreed?
What happened by the way to all those agreed pre-payments associated with the offtake agreements!!
