The Elmet deal is to supply W to US from Spain (Crossing Atlantic not as daunting as crossing the Pacific) and with the media today about the entry onto DIBC you would expect this to be an ideal investment for the US- finance the upgrades at Solaro via a grant or offtake agreement. Certainly, there are not any western suppliers ready and able, (the Kazakstan mine doesn't qualify and Almonty is not producing any significant volumes).
