    good announcement, not unexpected as they have suggested this would occur. The timing is also very important given the Chinese Export restrictions but also the Munich meeting over the weekend where the US arrogance is likely galvanise the Europeans into hopefully more actions than words. EQR is the only one in Europe of adding more mtu capacity in the near term.
