We have only recently completed the Spanish acquisition. Took on EUR$35m debt received AUD$25M from Oaktree for their 15% strategic innvestments in EQR. We paid down EUR$10m debt leaving 2 creditors that we are in debited to for EUR$25M with a payback period of 18mths from date of completion of the acquisition. Cash holdings after all that would be somewhere in the vicinity of AUD$9m.
We are not even profitable and management haven't provided any forecast of any substance except the same old " substantial increase in revenue in the coming months.
And know we all should get ready? Common gopherbroke might be time to take the foot of the gas for a while mate. The company has had a substantial change in operations with Solaro this should be allowed to marinate and give the market time to absorb before complicating it with further acquisitions and financial burden ultimately at shareholders expense.
Some of the stuff posted here is good info and some is completely baffling, one could be excused for sensing an under current at times.
