Thats also something I have been pondering, how far can you suck the flow from, cause if you are thinking bowl of soup all you need is an edge to stick the straw in and you and suck 80% of the soup out.

This is my basic understanding of how things should sit obviously every salar is different and nothing is nicely square and uniform ofcourse, but that doesn't matter it's all about having that edge available.


We know from this scan here we have 3 edges atleast to work with, so we won't lack for locations.



PNN claims to have gone through the halite zone into the black sands 80m deep along those edges, so if you imagine that black line in my diagram is their drill hole, that gives them access to most of the available resource it's just a matter of pumping it out and letting gravity keep supplying the juice.

Unless PNN are complete mad men and driving us off a cliff with incorrect information, we should be good here.
