Very smartly is being accumulated, all there to see, when they are ready, they will take it for a run, next week should be 7c+ very easily......we have seen this behavior so many times, but it is good 4 d investor to obtain stock on the cheap......also I wonder whether that was a bit of a wasted announcement yesterday, just to push the price lower [the panickers did] and up she goes again in a matter of days, that was some heavy volume I must say.
