LKE submitted samples before PNN with results not yet reported so relative timing certainly does not provide evidence of any 'dubious narrative' on PNN's behalf. It was unfortunate that PNN gave shareholders an unrealistic time frame for receipt of assays, but imo that's all it amounts to.
PNN's ann on 13 December states samples yet to be submitted with results expected before year end. LKE's ann on 5 December states samples submitted with results anticipated in 3-4 weeks. By my reckoning LKE's 4 weeks was up a couple of days ago, so is this a 'dubious narrative' and should LKE holders dump their shares as a result? I'd be happy with that as I'd top up my LKE holding as I did my PNN holding during Thursday's irrational sell off.
