I wouldn't over think it, the price is caused by an outgoing tide.
There's big money being made in U right now, amongst other things at present. There's nothing particularly special about TWE to force a retrace to it's true value.
It will happen, we just need the right quiet day on the ASX with us on the biggest negative movers list and the tide will come back in.
