They'd already held the new tenement under a reconaisance permit and hence the auger drilling was allowed but not more serious drilling apparently 'til the permit was upgraded to an exploration permit .
Yes the info could've been a bit more detailed .
I got the impression , not definite , that they had drilled to the northern boundary abutting the new permit .
