BHP's share (yet to pay) to pay is about 11.9B USD.
BHP already has provisioned 6.5B USD for this figure above. Or is that Vale included in the provision through the JV Samarco?
Good to finally have this sort for everyone involved. Another good wake up call for BHP to regulate against this type of litigation when they have nothing to do with operations.
