Annoying that directors can get affairs in order (consolidation of trust and personal share allotments) so as to take advantage of known upcoming announcements.

I would prefer they focus on meeting self imposed deadlines for announcements.

Irrespective of what the long term is - I would prefer leadership meets deadlines rather than aligning personal affairs.
