    Hi flocka, I'm not sure if you've had much experience with SPPs before but the practical reality is that the shareprice is above the NZX issue price of 2.2 and asx issue price of 2.035. I offer you my condolences if you are upset, but I'm not sure you quite grasp what you're talking about...

    Free options are also a bonus for those who take up shares.
