    Let's be fair, they likely have a 'draft' set of results by now. Why would they *f&$k* shareholders? End of the day, it's a small world. Reputation would be shot. No one would ever invest in another company they oversee. Have a feeling 2c + options + provide YOUR company funds to grow is gonna be an ok deal...
