Seems like the cement bond wasn't decent meaning they will need to re-set the casing.

in a previous life, this would have meant either pressurising the casing to make it swell and then re running the CBL or in this case which is probably the worser case is that it wasn't the micro annulus it was a problem with the cement returns (ie not enough cement) so plugs and perferations will need to be made and new concrete set in the upper section of the hole.
Better to get this done than have gas travel in the annulus. Better to be safe. Should not take longer than a week or so to get another announcement
