Happy to pay directors after they deliver some performance. Lots of paper pushing no actual results on the board as yet!
Will be a no vote on any director benefits !! Maybe shareholders should look at what happen to the directors / ceo at PNN and the approach adopted by shareholders and the subsequent performance of the company once changes in directors were made!!
