One of the options Cath alluded to at Sydney preso was that if FAR somehow settled ERIN's tax bill then we could get the 20% in lieu of this? This would be different to default clauses under JV?
Anyway, extra % would be an unexpected boost - but presumably also adds additional risks and potential costs in event of any drilling problems/delays as per original Senegal drills.
