Most oil and gas takeovers will only happen based on reserves....its a very rare occasion when just contingent/prospective assets are purchased.
As soon as FAR have booked the reserves the ruler will be put over them...I hope its a bidding war.
To extract maximum value Cath has to show that FAR is not weak .....and that means having finance in place at the same time as booking reserves...very important that we at least look like we can get to production..
