Since today's Ann highlighted again that AETC currently has the only capable graphite processing factory in North America, I'm wondering which country we're talking about here.
Outside of China there are very, very few players who have the ability to integrate 113t into their processes (in addition to an ongoing production).
+Is that the reason why Chris Larder was brought into the team?
