    But is there are binding agreements for supply to the whole of stage 1 already, wouldn't this 'someone' be funding a mine for supply to other 'someones'?

    Has the advanced discussions with banks and other finance houses been dropped in favour of this someone or are those discussions still ongoing?

    How long will this someone take to assess the product that will hopefully will receive before end of year 2023?

    Above are just some relevant questions that initially come to mind.
