but just to make one thing clear again. I am fully aware that Volt is clearly applying to the US DOE for funding, but I am not ruling out the DOD.
The US has more than enough honeypots they can draw to advance its supply chains, but the military is currently taking a much more aggressive approach to secure its piece of the pie. Today's test results have once again proven that Volt can offer the right product in an uncertain time!

The fact that PC has no money to fully realize the projects makes Volt, in my opinion, a prime example of the fact that it just won’t work without state financial aid and a declining SP only confirms this all the more.
