3. However, once the SP is consolidated, say in TSC's case which might be around 0.10, smaller increments of as low as 1% will be possible. Example: increase from 0.1 to 0.101. Therefore the growth on investment is likely to be slower.

Spot on Gollada and that's the exact reason that every one of my shares (I have a reasonable holding) has already been lodged as a huge NO to consolidation.
