    He might be in West Virginia to for another proposed project that he got going when he still had Appalachian Iron, might be doing some more work there on that but that's purely speculation and my thoughts, his performance rights also outline that in the 3rd and 4th year of it if l recall the dates, binding offtake agreement ld take but for now....
