A good lifeline? You are joking aren't you? All the company has announced is that Samsung etal is likely to build the mines etc. Oh and their mates are having a look at BND and might put in some money.
Have balls management and re-list the company back onto the ASX and see what happens.
shareholders might not get diluted by further capital raisins in the short term but my bet is that if Korea inc come to the party they will get a majority of the project. That to me and anyone else that has any idea is indirect dilution of massive proportions.
Similar to what happen to DML.
