Good news is that they've finally managed to get a water discharge permit for San Finx. Bad news is that it means pouring in more $$ in it's Spanish non-projects, namely another $1m to build a water treatment plant in the next 6 months, with no guarantee that actual mine permits will be granted later on (an EIS is still needed for a new mine project). More info on water discharge conditions here, as they are not mentioned in PVTs ann. Also seems it will be a rough ride.
