The first two patients are safety only. We have been told that the expected amount of shRNAs have been delivered to patient one. Personally, I did not expect anything more and not sure why Hoyland mentioned it previously.
I believe they could have got a lot more mileage from a separate announcement outlining the HepB targets and the progress they have made there. IMO it deserves a typical bells and whistles type announcement. It's completely lost in that preso.
Otherwise I'm pretty ho-hum about it all
