San Jorge Mining UpdateAxiom Mining Limited (‘Axiom’ or ‘the Company’) is pleased to announce that mine construction continues at SanJorge with an expanding operational functionality as the Company moves closer to the first commercial shipment ofore. In tandem with operational developments, off-take and debt financing negotiations continue.Mine fleet continues to arrive at San Jorge. Heavy machinery operators and mechanics are undergoing operationalinductions and training in preparation for the commencement of mining in December 2018. First commercial shipmentof ore remains on track for Q1 2019.Upgrades to the first pit to port haul road are occurring including the implementation of numerous water managementand drainage structures. There is also an expanding road infrastructure network connecting Axiom to previouslydifficult to access areas of known high grade nickel mineralisation.On completion of the initial grade control program a drill crew, will be deployed to these recently accessed areas forexploration drilling. This will occur in parallel to planned resource and grade control drilling in areas targeted formining.
Kolosori and Tenement DIn May 2018, Axiom had its Prospecting Licence applications approved by the Solomon Islands Government. The nextand final stage in the process is to obtain the relevant landowner agreements which are then to be submitted to theGovernment for approval. On approval of the agreements, the Company will be granted its Prospecting Licence(s).Axiom has implemented a thorough consultative process with the community and landowners of the Kolosori andTenement D areas. Significant advancement has occurred with the agreement process for the two respectiveProspecting Licence applications nearing completion.Axiom expects to be able to provide a further update on this process shortly.
