Not surprising that this same authority doesn’t change it stance a few months later. What matters to the story is what the appeal at the courts will give. That’s the focus.
What’s positive in here for Infinity, is that the authority conversely, simultaneously turned down calls by organisations like Save the Mountain to effectively bury the project.
