Well, not good at all,

the appeal by INF JV has been rejected ! This looks very serious and the recent rise in SP of INF will be given back completely imho, The General Directorate of Industry, Is it totally because of environment issues and the local people ! Personally i think its over here but time wiill tell, The General Directorate of Industry,Energy and Mines of the Regional Government has rejected, - does not get much hih=gher than that unless you want to pursue through the Courts but the Govt must have a strong case to reject the appeal from INF !

Tecnolgia Extremena Del Lito S.L. (‘TEL’), the project Joint Venture (‘JV’) entity
that contains the rights to the San José Lithium Project (‘San José, or ‘the
Project’), has received notification from The General Directorate of Industry,
Energy and Mines of the Regional Government of Extremadura (‘Junta’) that
it has decided to reject the administrative appeal filed by Tecnología
Extremeña del Litio (TEL) against the resolution that denied the research
permit Investigation Permit Valdeflórez (‘PIV’)"
