No it's not !
This is a basic out and out rejection of INF appeal against the initial judgement on the project by the Govt body if Mines and energy !
Up until this ,there was speculation that INF would win back , basically that has been rejected by the Govt there!
I see this as a huge set back and looks like the end of this project for INF !
What else do they have, remember in initial cancelling of lease the price of INF shares got smashed to what 5 cents or thereabouts ,.now this confirmation looks terrible for us as holders !
I suppose I'm one of the lucky ones who bought after the initial bad announcement, but this one today seals the fate I feel imho and is worse than the first announcement !
Hope I am wrong , hope they can appeal again in the high court but, for now that is how this rejection of appeal reads !
