Interesting comment. I had a look through the ASX announcements regarding San Jose to identify the specific requirements for the 25% earn in. Their quote:
"Plymouth can elect to earn a further 25% (for a total 75%) through completing a Feasibility Study and expending a minimum of Euro 2.5m within 2 years of completing Stage 1.."
They use the term Feasibility Study throughout their ASX releases and nowhere can I find a precise definition of what they mean by it. The only hint is the Euro 2.5m cost which suggests a Preliminary Feasibility Study. I would expect a Definitive Feasibility Study to cost A$10m or Euro 7.0m.
However if it is a DFS they are completing by CY2018 Q4 then that would be excellent and speed up the project development considerably. Might be worth checking either directly with PLH or at a AGM
