Given the monstrous capex (1.1b+ eur) required for the downstream hydroxide plant, can someone please tell me why EMH and INF are not signing a MOU to build a plant together? Rail in Europe is cheap and reliable way to ship concentrate to another EU country. Not to mention that those Li deposits have similar metallurgical profile in bulk, continous, low grade Mica hosted deposits.
