    Looks good. First $10 million wont arrive until 2019 or 2020 though. I am trying to understand the following: ". The remaining equity investment will be provided by Fluence in combination with its local partners.". Does this mean that $12million of the $48 million is being covered by Fluence and partners, so that means we actually have an upfront cost?
