My broker informs me that the sellers of OBM are small cap gold funds caught up in the meltdown of Pantoro
some recently took a placement at 6 (now trading 3.2)
The funds are either needing to lock in some OBM profits to offset book losses in PNR and/or are cashing up on profitable trades to have cash to average down into next PNR raising (which looks like it is needed)
Regardless of reasoning, today certainly provides an excellent entry point for those wanting to take a medium term view on a very well managed and fast growing gold producer
