The reason they are going to PNR is because it’s much better valued, more production, more reserves, more modern mill and PNR didn’t sell off 80% of their commodity rights and be-gift 75% of any future royalty to their major shareholder for a one off payment …. That $4m cash for royalty could cost small shareholders a lot in the future … think about it LT.
