Yes well with voter participation like this , which were the results of the companies meeting to approve the aquisition of the Muchea project and undirected proxies being directed to the chair whom you would assume would be voting in favor of the Sandbox aquisition or it be decided by show of hands at the meeting ,then the outcome appears relatively predicatable. Should any of the Muchea shareholders consider it may be better focusing on the job at hand rather than introducing a new one well their book was 27 shareholders I think from memory......behind the eight ball.
